* 1 driveway parking spot (condo has a single car garage)
* In-unit washer & dryer
* Secure gated community with security cameras
* Access to the community pool
* Room can lightly furnished if needed (comes unfurnished as well) About the Area: Located on the Baseline/202 or Baseline/Sossaman. The condo is in a quiet, safe area close to shops, restaurants, and main roads. It's super convenient but still peaceful. Disclosure: I do have a 1.5 year old puppy! She can be shy at first, but she loves people when she's not attached to my hip. When I am not home, she enjoys being crated. Availability: September Please let me know if you’re interested!
