Room in Nice Cheesman Park Condo

Hello, My Condo is located near Cheesman Park right near downtown Denver CO. It is a secured building and a nice neighborhood. I am trying to find a roommate. I have a furnished room in my Condo that includes a 55" TV and all of the other furniture you would need. I also supply the bed. I would like to find a long term tenant. No marijuana smokers welcome, yes it is legal to smoke it in the State however, a landlord can specify that it not be used just as smoking cigarettes and having animals in rental units. I do a background check. My home is very clean sometimes unorganized and cluttered but clean. Life is life as a disabled person for myself and my animals. Rental agreement is 12 months to 6 months. $950.00, per month. Security Deposit has many variables. Rental history, past evictions, references.....etc Programming the entry call box with your phone number costs me a total of $100.00 if you choose that option the cost is added to your deposit and non-refundable.
