Total rent for the room is 23000 Two months advance and one month running rent has to be given Advance--46000 2 members are allowed in one room so no issues. No water problem and power problem Bike parking available car parking is not available Fully furnished everything is available just plug and play Drinking occasionally is allowed No parties are allowed inside the flat Too many friends are not allowed as it is a gated community Interested persons can ping me i will call you
