Hi! My name is Em[REDACTED]'m looking for someone to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment! It's a 1,000 sq ft 2-bed 1-bath in Nokomis, around 5 minutes from the beach. The whole unit is fully furnished except for the bedroom, and I have kitchen appliances and pots/pans that I'm willing to share. Rent is $797.50 with water included, with FPL billed separately. I also have WiFi services and a Roku TV in the living room. I work full-time so I'm not home a ton, but I do occasionally work very early morning hours (4:30 am), so I'm looking for someone with a schedule that's similar to mine.
