Hello possible new roomie and friend! I am a single mother looking to move with my daughter to start my new jobs and start my daughter in school in Benicia. We are a good time and always helpful and kind! Very clean. Work and school will be the majority of our schedule with some working from home. My daughter and I would share a room. We are just looking for a place to hold us over with cheaper rent in or near Benicia Ca. while we wait to move into our own place. We need to start work and school by 8/11. We are moving from Reno Nevada. My daughter is quiet and respectful and very kind. She is great with chores and following rules and directions. She is very mature and capable of understanding adult communication. We are waiting to move into our own place we will not be living with you very long. Possibly 3-6 months but no longer than that.
