ISO: Roommate for shared housee

Hey friends! We are looking for a roomie in our shared house for end of September! Lease is month to month! Disconnected but non-shared bathroom, plenty of street parking,
washer and dryer on premises and utilities/hi speed Wifi included! No couples, and no pets as we have three dogs and a cat, and have had some issues with the past couple of roommates with pets so we’ve decided it’s time to opt out for now, so sorry! Smoking is okay outside in the backyard, but the landlords come around sometimes and promised to go nuts if they smell smoke or vape inside the house, so keep that in mind:) Dan is an upper division A/V engineer for Encore and I work part-time in events while attending UCI premed. We are musicians and our band mates come over every Friday for band practice, but only for a couple hours, and we don’t go very late. We are a very chill house! We have one or two parties a year, but other than that, we keep it pretty low key around here:)
