I work a hybrid schedule, enjoy hiking, camping, and bar hopping, and keep a clean, organized, and respectful living space.You will have the entire private basement suite, which includes one bedroom, a private bathroom, and your own living room. Shared areas include the main entrance, kitchen, upstairs living/TV rooms, and a large backyard.
Rent: $1,400/month
Utilities: Split 50/50 (capped at a maximum of $200/month per person)
Move-in Date: September 1st
Lease Duration: 6 months (with option to extend)
Space: Unfurnished basement suite
Parking: Driveway space included (garage space negotiable)
Pets: pet-friendly!
