Looking for roommates

Opis

I have lived in my duplex the past year. Lease is up in October. Leasing company is Brim Properties and I think we would have to sign a new lease. My partner and I broke up and I cannot afford to stay alone. There are two empty rooms in the upstairs level that I am interested in finding someone who wants to split rent.
The shared space would be the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry. There is a garage we can share space as well (I have some things in it but plenty of room to store more items and I am open to making space for you)
