I am trying to find someone to take over my lease in Carlton due to moving interstate for work.
The lease is until February 2027 for 1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Located on Bouverie St, next to Lincoln Square, near Melb Uni, RMIT, and the CBD.
Rent is $353pw, bills included (excluding internet).
Students preferred, move in date is asap 🙂
