Private furnished room with ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. Living room has a large TV and a nice leather couch. Kitchen fully equipped as well. Close to Costco, Epps Bridge, Publix, Aldi, etc. Straight shot up Broad Street to UGA. Gated community amenities include pool, gym, tennis court, beach volleyball court, work area, and dog park. If you need parking at UGA I have a spot. Open to non students as well.
