I'm a working professional seeking a responsible roommate to share my home in a beautiful HOA community in Olive Branch, MS. I maintain a clean, peaceful home and am looking for someone who appreciates a comfortable, respectful living environment. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, financially responsible, emotionally mature, and takes pride in maintaining a peaceful shared home. The home is located in a quiet, country club-style neighborhood featuring walking trails, a community pool, green spaces, and occasional neighborhood events. It's a wonderful place for anyone who enjoys walking, jogging, or simply spending time outdoors. You'll have access to Wi-Fi, utilities, shared kitchen, laundry, and bathroom facilities. Private bathroom (hall bathroom reserved for tenant's use; only occasionally accessed for visiting family or housekeeping). The backyard is fully fenced with gated access, making it suitable for a well-behaved dog or cat. I also share my home with my dog, Capt. Baylor, a friendly senior beagle. He enjoys having people around but doesn't require any care from a roommate. I'm looking for someone who is employed, financially responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and pays rent on time. I value a friendly atmosphere where we can comfortably chat in the kitchen or living room from time to time while also respecting one another's privacy and independence. Women are especially encouraged to inquire, but I'm happy to consider men as well. If someone has experience with occasional outdoor upkeep, there may be opportunities to discuss that as part of our overall living arrangement. The room is available for move-in by November 1.
