Hey all!! Budget: $950-$1000 including utilities When: preferably asap but as late as 9/1
Location: I'd really love to stay in the Malden/Melrose area but really anywhere that is within a 20 minute walk of the T or commuter rail. Looking for a private room or by some mercy a studio. About me: I'm a 29 year old woman, and I'm a full time student. Work wise, I work in a tax firm and pick up odd jobs (don't have a problem with making bills it's just for the extras). I'm mostly very clean, and like to tackle chores as a team. Very big on holding up my end of the deal and following through. I generally keep to myself as a roommate unti[REDACTED] had time to warm up. I love to read, go out with friends, sit outside and dabble in crafting. I also love to sing but won't while people are home since I know how annoying us singers can be 😂 Cats: Huxley (orange) and Taloula (black), are very sweet girls, Taloula will tell you loudly that she wants attention but they're both just love bugs who are also shy at first - they are documented emotional support animals if that helps but I totally understand if landlords don't want to move on that.
