Looking for sublease.

I’m transferring schools and my room will be open. It’s a stand alone house in the capstone cottages. It is about a 4 minute drive from campus. Theres a total of three bedrooms. My roommates are super chill, don’t party, and are very clean. The cottages have an awesome private pool as well as shuttle buses to and from campus all day long.
