Looking for a female (preferably) to take over the last 5 months of my lease. My sister and I have lived at the apartment for 7 years now but I just moved in with my boyfriend because I am 32 weeks pregnant! Not furnished room/bathroom everything else furnished. Short lease, $960 is typically what rent is (water usage is added so it fluctuates) lease would start hopefully August 1 and the lease ends December 31st! There are 2 cats. 2 pools, hot tubs and gyms in complex. Located at E470 and Parker Rd. Private room, private bathroom. Please message me with any questions!
