I have a bedroom that I’m looking to rent out in Westminister right by valley view St and Springfield. Rent would be 1425 with utilities included and a 1333$ security deposit. Looking for someone in their 20s as one roommate is a female attending CSULB who’s 21. It’s a private bathroom in the common area so detached. Closet space is a decent size and room comes with a full bed mattress and frame. Rest of the house is fully furnished. There’s a washer and dryer in the house and tons of street parking available
