Easy access to Round Rock, IH-35 and downtown Georgetown. 1 room is $700 & the other is $750 (1 month rent will be required for security deposit)

Wifi & Utilities are all included in price I am looking for long term. Please, no short term rentals.
No pets, no couples, no smoking (except outside), no drinking, no drugs 1 month rent as a Security Deposit required Must be okay with dogs (just can't take in another one)
