Large California Ranch Style 4bd 3 ba home with two bedrooms available for rent. Each has a private bathroom. Rent includes full house privileges. Additional storage and/or garage space available for additional price. No pets, guests will be on a case by case basis until I know and trust you. I will only consider single occupants; no couples and no children. This is country living, there are wildlife that may walk across the property from time to time. My driveway is paved, there is a short distance from the paved road to my drive way that is dirt; this is all an uphill drive, so be aware and comfortable with heights.
