Looking for a 1 female subleaser for a double room for rent in Isla Vista for Fall 2026. Open to leasing during the summer as well if you would like!!
The room will include a bed frame, mattress, and desk and chair. The unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with large closets and a sunny back deck.
