Bedroom & Bath $650 ABP For Female

We are a married couple that own a 2-story home in Southwest Austin off of Brodie Ln & William Cannon 78745. We rent the upstairs bedroom with private bath for $650 a month. Deposit is $200. Upstairs bedroom newly painted and carpet shampooed. The bathroom picture shows walls as an aqua green color but no worries, we had it newly painted white, I couldn't get the picture on the computer. You have the upstairs to yourself. You get your own refrigerator. We have wi-fi, a game room and cable tv with tons of channels. Also, have a fenced in back yard. Guess what, no lease to sign and no bills to pay. We pay all the bills. We would like someone to stay at lease 6 months but longer is even better! We are a middle-aged married couple that love to have fun just as much as you do. We have family in Port Aransas, so we love the beach.
