Hi,! I’m looking for a room to rent beginning September 1st. I’m a 33 year-old male, full-time graduate student with one year left in school before I finish my masters degree. I have plenty of good references, am pretty down-to-earth and easy-going in many respects. I don’t mind pets, 420, tobacco, etc.
