Looking for Subleaser Jan-May 2027!

Hello! My name is Hailey and my roommate Alli and I are looking for 1 or 2 subleasers for our apartment at Identity in Dinkytown for the spring semester of 2027. We are students at UMN and will be doing a semester in Hawaii and will be gone from the beginning of January until the end of may. Our lease ends at the end of July so If you would be able to sublease from January until then that would be preferred but if you do not want to for the summer that is okay with us too. You would be living with 2 other girls who go to the U and would each have your own bedroom and bathroom. They are both super sweet would love to be friends with their roommates and like going out or having a quiet night in. Rent is $934/month with all utilities except electricity. We also both have a parking spot which is $225/month (underground garage). The apartment comes fully furnished and has a ton of super nice amenities (tanning bed, study spaces, 24/7 gym, hot tub, outdoor grills, etc)! It is super close to campus maybe a 10-15 minute walk and has lots of public transportation, restaurants, and stores just across the street.
