Quiet room with clean kitchen and bath. Shared space is furnished as well as room, comfy bed private closet, ac, wifi, streaming, patio, and storage. I do own one cat. I am looking for someone who is clean, works a steady job, and has goals. I am looking for someone who wants to stay a year at least and is willing to take care of my cat when I travel, which isn't much.
