Less than a 5 minute walk to numerous taco stands, grocery store, pharmacy, and laundry. Easy and convenient street parking with no meters. Your room: the ground level measures 9x18 feet and the loft level measures 9x8 feet.
(Furniture and wall shelving in the pictures can be used or discarded). Kitchen and bath are shared (two other roommates). Lease duration is one year with $1300 security deposit and first month's rent due at signing ($2,600 total due at move-in).
In addition you pay 1/3 of electricity and internet (typically around $60/month).
If you have a cat an addition pet fee of $50/per pet will be applied to the rent each month (two cats max).
Gated parking spot is available for $100/month.
