Hey, I'm Bryan. I'm a 40-year-old single dude looking for a place that I can call home while saving money for the next 12-24 months. I work full time for a non-profit in downtown Baltimore and I would be super excited to be within walking distance of the Harbor East area. I don't drink or do drugs, but I'm not offended by the presence of those who do with some semblance of moderation. I spend a good amount of my free time on my computer working on various passion projects that generally lead nowhere. I'm quiet around the home, clean and mostly tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm ideally looking for something in the $750-$900/month range as I'm aggressively saving to purchase a home; however, for a more private setup where I'd essentially be the stranger in someone's basement I'd be willing to expand that range.
