Respectful roomie that loves cats

I've been living here with my sister and my 2 cats for about 3 years now. She's the one moving out she won the lottery for a apartment deal she can't pass up on. I am looking for someone that is 100% okay with cats. They're very friendly, sweet, and playful. Also someone considerate, quiet, and clean. I would like to stay here for several years possibly so I'm also looking for someone that can stay too. If this all sounds good to you I will run a background check, credit check and need to see paystubs! The room is the living room (not furnished) there is a curtain divider but there is a possibility we can get a real wall installed with a door for more privacy. I am can help pay for it! Right now the most affordable option I am finding is $1000 for a real wall. There are lots of train options 8 min walk away. Theres the 7, E, F, M, & R T trains and also lots of busses. LGA Airport is also 10 min drive/bus ride away! Room size
