I’m looking for a female roommate or housemate for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment or housing where I can share the bathroom with only one other person. I would prefer units with in unit laundry if possible. My non-negotiables are easy parking, dog-friendly, and compatible lifestyles. My budget is $1600, and I’m planning to move in on August 1st.
