I’m Austin! I’m 24 and recently relocated to the Tempe/Phoenix area for a Client Relationship Associate role at Vanguard. I’m originally from Oregon, where I graduated with a finance degree from Oregon State University. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live just looking for a stable place while I settle into this next chapter. I keep a consistent schedule (work during the day(remote Monday and Friday), gym most mornings/evenings) and treat shared spaces with care. A bit about me: I’m into fitness, the outdoors/fishing, sports, and getting to know the area. I pay rent on time, communicate well, and am happy to provide references if needed.
