Hello! My name is Kat and my fiance and I are looking to house a lucky roomie for our new home! Our home is located outside Orange Park, about 20 minutes from Argyle and Oakleaf Mall. 10 minutes from Publix! We have a nice fenced in backyard, security system, and a camera doorbell. We have a large living space with a 75” TV. Our kitchen has a beautiful island with plenty of cooking space and lots of cabinet space available for your items. The room we are renting out is a cute space within our hallway with a shared public use bathroom. Guests and the like will use it due to its convenience to the living space but it is yours to use for showers and routines. We have 3 beautiful dogs and a cat. All of our animals are friendly and love attention. We have a German Shepherd, Miniature Schnauzer, Tamaskan, and calico kitty. Our cat is 15 and keeps to herself. Rent will include wifi and all utilities. Your streaming services are your own when in your room but you’re welcome to use our living room television for our streaming services if you’re wanting to try it out. We also have a gym we are constructing in the office space. Please message if you’re interested! Looking to have a roomie take this space before August!
