I have a room available in Clairemont! The home is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Two bedrooms share a bathroom and then the primary bedroom has their own. The living area downstairs is huge! Large living room & kitchen plus a back patio. I do enjoy hosting here! The townhouse comes with two parking spots and there is plenty of street parking. In unit washer & dryer & dishwasher. There’s a pool, gym, and rec room in the community too! Rent will be about $1600 plus gas. The HOA covers the internet fee and the homeowner covers the HOA fee.
