Roomate needed

The rent is a little over 3200 in total with utilities but that’s only base off of utilities usage, definitely do able to have it up 3100 but between two people it’s on average 1650, I Have an open room with a bathroom in it both rooms are master with bath, u get access to everything. It’s only 907 sqft I am a marine vet and I’m looking for other vets, ill compromise if need be, I love to cook I’m very clean and ocd contact me for more info
