LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ASAP!!! Private room in a 3 bedroom apartment. My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill a room STARTING JULY 1ST. It's an apartment building so you will sign into our lease. The rent after utilities is about $700 a month (+/- like $10) and internet about $30 a month. The room is 10.5x12 feet, and has a window and ceiling fan. Shared bathroom with one person and has washer and dryer in unit. ROOM IS NOT FURNISHED.
