Bed and bathroom for rent in two bed/two bath apartment in eastern Long Beach. Approximately 1.2 miles from the beach, 2 miles from CSULB, and 2 miles from downtown. Apartment is approximately 1000 square feet, second bedroom is 13 feet by 12 feet. There's also a garage space in the alley ($150 if you want to park there, $75 if you'd like to split the garage for storage). Unit has on- coin laundry. I'm a working professional in my early-30s who works a 9-5 and lives a fairly clean lifestyle. Would prefer someone in my general age range who lives a comparable lifestyle (eg. working professional/grad student).
