This bright and airy (recently painted) apartment is located in a high-rise with incredible views of both the Hudson river and eastside, respectively. It features a large common space and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has stainless appliances with a full-sized fridge, gas stove, dishwasher. The room you'll be taking over is nice and big, with useful space for layouts, as well as a full-sized closet and space for a wall-mounted AC unit.
