Hope you’re doing well! I got a small brick home located in Townsend DE, Blackbird Forest Area. It’s a two bedroom 1 bath situation. With a small kitchen & living room w/ fireplace. Laundry room is attached yet separate..5 acres fenced all the way around except for the front yard. I have a crazy schedule & almost never home. I have two happy Labradors, both older in their years that would love an extra guest in the house. Simply need help with the rent. I’ll have house photos posted asap.
