Need someone to takeover my lease!!

Hey guys! I am trying to find someone to take over my lease for this upcoming year. Move in is August 7, and the lease runs until July 2027. It is 4 bedroom 2 bathroom steeplechase woodcircle. (Women only!) It is $815/month. Utilities included, washer and dryer in unit, trash pick up, parking and housekeeping included. Also comes with 2 visitor parking passes!
