July 1st Two private rooms and bath

I'm looking for a roommate for my three-bedroom house. The house is split into two wings.The left side has a private bedroom, bathroom, and office. I'm renting these spaces for $1,000 a month. There is laundry, high-speed internet, a weightlifting set in the backyard, and a grill. The second room can be used as an office, storage, or whatever you'd like. There is Garage space for storage as well, and parking in the driveway. The house is very close to two highways, making it very easy to get anywhere in the valley in about 15 to 20 minutes. I am [REDACTED] work in live show production and travel for work as well, and I am not around a lot. The house is a chill space, and the neighborhood is very safe, very close to bike paths and parks. I drive a few min and I am out of town. Close to Redrock, Mt Charleston, hiking and biking are literally 6 minutes away. AC WORKS GREAT!!
