Live next to the beach

Excellent space here in Venice steps from the beach.
Fully furnished 3rd room available. Both roommates are usually out and about doing Venice stuff. Otherwise we chat and dine or do our solo living. We’re an exceptionally clean home as well and want to keep up on that.
Also it’s pretty mellow here so chill get togethers are great. A couple times a year we will probably have a band get together and play here but that’s over by 10 per Venice beach rules. One of the roomies is very musically inclined.
We have a sweet grill outside which gets plenty of use. Also there’s a heated outside shower.
Cleaning up after yourself and your guests and being cool and respectful are easy to do. All the neighbors around here are super fantastic as well. Let’s all enjoy life together. Looking forward to the next chapter. Cheers! And thank you for viewing this post.
