Subleasing my room at college town

Opis

The house is a 4 bed 5 bath, the open room is on the second floor. there are two rooms downstairs alone with a dining area, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room, then there are two rooms upstairs with a closet and hallway. There are currently 3 of us living here the 4th moved out so her room is empty at the moment but it will be filled this next year. The one living downstairs is one of my friends and the one living upstairs is my sister. they are both very nice and fun and clean, they like going out or just hanging at home. they are 21 and 20 years old. there are a lot of nice amenities at the clubhouse as well including, a pool, hot tub, gym, tanning beds, ping pong table, pool table, lounging area with couch, coffee station in the kitchen, a study area upstairs, sand volleyball, basketball court and more.
