Eagle Point Apartments

4 bed 3 bath apartment with in-unit washer dryer and a dishwasher. Eagle Point has a pool, gym, study room, and theater. We pay $500 a month in rent, $25 for wifi each, and anywhere between $70-200 for utilities depending on the season. We are three women in their early 20s and would prefer a female roommate but are an lgbtq+ friendly household. There are two cats that live within the apartment and the litter box is always well maintained and within the bathroom and room of the owner.
