Offering a relet at the Reserve SA

Hello, I have a lease at the Reserve at San Antonio that I need taken over by someone else due to a change of plans in where I’ll be attending college. The apartment is a 4x4 fully furnished unit with private bathrooms and includes a 55” TV. The lease starts August 14th 2026 and ends July 28th 2027 with a monthly rate of $699 monthly including utilities.
