Looking for a female roommate, as my husband will be deploying soon. Furnished, private bedroom in Greenbrier of Chesapeake, VA. Shared full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. Monthly rent is $850, does not include utilities. Refundable security deposit is $850. No pets and no smoking. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. There is a fenced in backyard that is private, and the neighborhood is nice and walkable.
