Hi! I am subletting my 1BR apartment starting mid-late June (flexible move in date) until the end of July - I am open to discuss with you for weekly based renting if you need a short-term staying. The apartment is fully furnished, located in Canner St - just 5 min walk from Elena's Gelato, Atticus, East Rock park, and all the East Rock amenities.
Ideal for one person or a couple looking for a short-term accomodation in a peaceful area with easy access to Downtown. Bus stop and Shuttle (Orange+Blue lines) right outside. Reach out to discuss together and we can agree on a price according to your staying. Rent is $1,900/month, and I would cover all bills until the end of the lease. Note: the move out date if fixed because of the start of a new lease (no lease takeover available).
