I'm renting out a private bedroom and bathroom in a gated 3-bedroom townhouse (female only). using the master bedroom and the other room as an office room. The home has 2 floors — the first floor includes a fully furnished kitchen, living room, guest restroom, and a 2-car garage (you'll have 1 parking spot). There's also an in-unit washer and dryer.The second floor has all of the bedrooms and your private bathroom. The bedroom available for rent is currently unfurnished. I am a working professional who keeps a very clean, structured, and tidy household. I travel a lot and usually split my time between here and Texas so you will get plenty of solo time to enjoy the common areas.
