Room for Rent in a House

Hi I’m looking for a roommate to co-exist in my home with me. I have a spare room that is furnished. I would like to do at least 90 days to see how it goes. I am in the medical field and I keep a clean house. The Quiet hours will be 11pm till 7 am I currently work first shift. I’m very easy going and down to earth. I am out going so very easy to get along with. The space is a Queen size bed with two desk. The bathroom is shared. The living and kitchen area are open spaces as well but I am very clean so things must be kept tidy! “No bugs” I hate them and I’m terrified of them. There is a parking space available for one car. The rent is 750 a month with a $300 dollar deposit, smoking is done outside only! You may drink and buy food that needs to be labeled please and thank you. There is a background check done and a partial lease agreement for 90 days and further if everything works out with your stay! Please keep visits to a minimum meaning I do not like alot of people or rif raf at my home, so please be respectful if you have company please no more then 1 or 2 ppl for the duration of your stay. ADT system and cameras on the outside. I’m aware of North Carolina laws so if you don’t plan on your rent I will do the proper procedures to get you out thru the court. Hopefully that doesn’t happen and I get someone that pays rent on time and we get along great!
