Hello!
My name is Aman, a phd student at Vanderbilt. I have a 2B 2B apartment in West End and looking for a roommate. It's a 10 mins walk to Centennial Park & Vandy Campus. You'll have your private room, bathroom and closet. Rent is $1400 per month so split will be $700 per month plus wifi, electricity and renter's insurance split. Lease will begin on July 1st Lease term is 12-month but if you wish to leave early, you'll need to inform 6 weeks prior and find your replacement for the remaining term of the lease. It has a shared laundry inside the building Dedicated parking spot Big balcony, Swimming pool, small gym, hair saloon and an Indian Restaurant on 1st Floor. Security deposit is $1400 (which will mostly be used as last month rent) and we can divide this so it'll be $700 per person. This deposit needs to be paid by 15th June. $100 application fee per person $300 move-in cost (which we can split) Please let me know if you're interested and feel free free to ask questions!
