Female roommate August 1st

I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2nd floor Flat. 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and shared office. Offstreet, garage parking. Laundry and storage in the basement. There is a patio and a little garden space in the back. Close to downtown Providence, and bus lines, and Whole Foods. $1100/mo. + 1/2 utilities. (Please budget around 140/mo. for gas, electric and internet. These bills are split between you and I.) The landlord will need proof of income, and a reference. I am female and work as for production companies and theaters in Boston. I do not smoke and have no pets. I hope to live with same. My work schedule varies. When I am not at work, I am at home, probably. I like things clean, and mostly neat.
