Rent starts at $800/month smaller bedroom $1,000/month for larger bedroom with windows. Utilities are separate and include electricity and internet. We will all split these utilities. DEPOSIT & SCREENING: -$500 security deposit -Background check - Credit check. WHAT LOOKING FOR: this is a quiet home. Together we will communicate and value cleanliness and each others space.
