The room is bright and sunny with a closet and two windows on the 2nd floor of a 3-bedroom private home in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
The House is large, with a spacious bathroom, and there is plenty of parking around the place.
Looking for a RESPONSIBLE SINGLE WORKING PERSON (MALE), must be reliable, well-behaved, clean, and respectful roommate.
I prefer a young professional gentleman, stable, and considered, someone who is responsible and capable of cleaning up after himself around the shared areas. No pets but visitors are allowed.
