Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Forum Denton Apartments. This unit is a 1x1 (one bedroom, one bathroom) with an in-unit washer and dryer. The lease you would be taking over would be able to be moved into on August 15th and is a 12-month lease. The price currently offered by the forum is $1300 a month but this lease is $1235 a month.
