Female roommates wanted june-july!

Currently have 1 roommate 23 female, moving in first week of july upstairs. I have 2 rooms in basement available for rent $950-$1200. Or entire basement, depending what you’re looking for! The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 is furnished and 1 room is unfurnished. 1 bathroom, (shared) laundry, storage room, and private living space. Upstairs is the shared kitchen and another living room. Tons of pantry and kitchen space. With a 3 car garage available. I maintain a clean, relaxing, low-clutter space, and am looking for ladies who are fun, considerate, pay on time, and enjoy living with others. I have professional carpet cleaners and cleaners to clean each space after tenants move out. There are security cameras outside for our safety and an alarm system in the house. You are able to create your own profile and will not need to share your password with me. There is a fireplace, air conditioning, and heating throughout the house. You are welcome to have friends over and use the hot tub as well. Just keep me informed is all I ask. No credit check required. Located in a cozy cul-de-sac off of Marksheffel and North Carefree. I am looking for clean, respectful female roommates to rent private bedrooms in my house. Would like roommates who can move in mid June/July. However, I am flexible on move in dates.
